am so glad I ran across this.. I am also new to this. I have been having thus problem for couple of years. When it first started I ran to the ER and of coarse got EKG done and it came back just fine. Through out the period of 3 years, the same process has been repeated 2 more times and each time they assure me that there is nothing wrong with me other then anxiety. I am 29 year old male. An ex all American athlete (swimming) and do exercise regularly. This thing seems to come in phases. It will go away for a while and then it will just come back and become a part of my daily life. The chest pain, the shoulder, the arm and the worst is the thoughts that come with it. This time I decided to do every test possible and I am in the midst of them. The EKG and stress test has been done, along with blood work to check my thyroid. Today I go in for an ultra sound doppler test with dye. My cardiologists keeps telling me that I am fine and he is only doing this to service my anxiety but the only scary part is me knowing and hearing about
people that have heart problems and the physicians never really find out about
it. I am so tired and exhausted of the worrying. I am married and I know I exhausted my wife with my worrying with me. Every time I look at my daughter I feel so much love but it is immediately followed by fear l and sadness of leaving her. I can't truly enjoy anything fully with out worrying about
my heart. I just need a medical explanation to what is going on with my chest pains. I am so glad to know that there is other people that are going through the same thing I am. It is possibly the best thing so far that I ve had happened to help this.
