Hi special. Anxiety can come out of nowhere and for no reason, even though you've seemingly had nothing occur to provoke it. First, please try to calm yourself by taking some slow deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. You WILL be ok. Give your med the time to get into your system and work. Just breath and try to occupy your thoughts elsewhere. Concentrating on it can really make it feel worse. Feel better.
