Hi Rob and welcome!
First of all CONGRATULATIONS on your sobriety!!! That is amazing news, and you should feel so very proud of yourself for gaining recovery over the subtance use! We all make some poor choices as young people...but only the strong and smart turn the behavior around, and learn from the missteps.:)
You have every reason to believe that you can continue on in your life, with no restrictions...happy and healthy!
The first step is as Lisa recommend, seeing your doctor and getting a thorough exam. You should come clean and tell all of the things you have here, so that he/she has a clear picture of what to look for...and give you reassurance.
It is very likely that you are absolutely fine healtwise. However, you will also want to talk about treatment options for the anxiety issue.
You may discuss medication, therapy or both. This should be an informed and personal choice, so listen to your options, learn all you can, and then proceed with what you are most comfortable with.
We do have some great self help material that you could get started on today.:) If you want to tell me what your main concerns are, I can post something that would be most helpful.
For example, if the PVC's are most bothersome, I can get some links to you specifically for help with those...
If the tight chest/breathing is challenging, I have ideas for help with that as well.
You have found a great place for support. Keep posting if you find it helpful...we are here to listen, understand...and support is key!
