I think that means you are really good at it...and doing it right!!
This first time I used meditation was in my childbirth class years ago.
The instructor led us through the exercise, and told us not to be worried if we fell asleep...but I had my doubts!
I have never been able to sleep in public places...much less on the floor of a classroom in a hospital, while roughly the size and comfort level of a beached manatee!!
...but a few minutes into it, I was OUT...as in DEEP sleep!
...and when I woke up, I felt so relaxed and refreshed.:)
So keep practing the meditation...it is effective and relaxing!
