morning retching/dry heaves

Does anyone else suffer from terrible morning nausea to the point where you are dry heaving? I have this most mornings and it's rendering me almost useless. I got up this morning, took the kids to school, then came home and have just been dry heaving since. I'm so sick of all this ...

I don't- what do you think is causing it? Are you dizzy and it makes you nauseous?

Doctor says it's all anxiety-related, hits me every morning as soon as I wake up, constant nausea and dry r etching, it's so awful

A lot of people with anxiety either have a sensitivity to...or an excess of cortisol in the a.m....when its concentration is highest in our systems.

Using coping skills during this time may help. Getting up a bit early to do some breathing exercises or meditation (before even getting out of bed) could make a difference in how you feel...and lessen your symptoms.
