I do Karate once a week. They make us do this thing called suicide runs. Basically you have to run halfway across the dojo, touch the ground, run back, touch the ground again then run all the way to the other side and do 3 sit ups then run back. But every time you do one run you have to increase the amount of situps by 3.
They also make us do Kata, combo's, kicks, sparing and heaps more.
