Recommendation for a counselor/therapist in ny

Hello, was wondering if anyone can recommend a really good therapist who deals with anxiety disorders, in queens or surrounding areas. I already have a M.D. For meds. But am having great difficulty finding
A great therist, which I need greatly . Any input is appreciated.

welcome marie.

check out your doctors office to see if they recommend anyone. doctors having referring therapists. your local mental health clinic, and check out the anxiety association in your country. others on the forum may be able to to help you. take care.

Marie, I have a good friend who actually worked in the City as a Therapist, she is in NJ now but i will ask
her for you, could take a little while, Peace

Marie she worked for the City of NY and it was a drug/alcohol re-hab treatment center. Wish we could do
a better job for you, Peace
