Crid, you should get a check-up from your regular Dr, who can give you good advice about PVCs. The general rule is to cut down on stimulants like caffeine, nicotine...get the right amount of sleep....and if they are still really annoying talk to your Dr about meds.
I just started taking a small amount of a beta blocker and it helps a lot. I don't drink a lot of caffeine, but even my 1/2 cup of tea in the morning is enough to set off some PVCs.
I wore a holter monitor last month and it recorded 1200 early beats with some bigeminy and PACs. These aren't dangerous, just super annoying. They can make you anxious, but with some positive self talk I calm down quickly.
