Myself, I like mindfulness it really helps bring you to the here and now and clears your mind if you are
open to it. I'll post a link to a 3 minute video we have in our resource thread, check out the link SC gave you for other helpful links. If you like this video you can find thousands more on youtube, just search for mindfulness and you'll get a ton of them. Not all of them are good, but I'm sure you'll find some you like.
