Update

Well everyone I went to doctor yesterday everything was fine. Talked to him about med. he said he would try me on something that starts with a L I thing but he wonts me to finish this Helping Health Anxiety first see if it might work. When I started it everything was bad but it starting making me understand what is going on. So I prayed for GOD to lead me in the right direction I am feeling great right now. It is raining here now and that usely starts my anxiety but I'm feeling great. So if y'all would say a prayer for me that everything works out. I will be praying for y'all. The one you had put on one of your messages to someone else it's from centre clinical interventions it has 9modules it just says helping health anxiety. Thank you for everything you do to help people. Your a great person.
