I can relate to this, there are times when I still feel like "meh, i don't want to do it" even though I know I used to love doing it. I still can't read a book like I used to, I get anxious, but I can do other things again like go out with my friends, go to the movies (i used to get panic attacks because of the darkness and loud sound) I can also go shopping again. It takes time to become who you once were even though sometimes I think i will never get there. Even if you don't feel like doing it, do it anyways, anything good for you will help you heal, whether you feel it right away, or later.
