Hi PG,
Sounds like anticipatory anxiety to me. Even when we are excited about
positive things in our lives...our body/mind interprets these heightened sensory experiences as a reason to become anxious...not unusual at all.
Use your coping skills...breathing, positive mantras, journaling your thoughts/feelings, meditation...ect...
