Hello Aceius,
Did you write this or did I? =P I tend to suppress my anxiety sometimes to where its so bad I'm unable to sleep and second guess EVERYTHING. It sounds to me like this is nothing but anxiety, which can play awful tricks on you and your mind. I also had back pain when my anxiety was horrible, and it went away when my anxiety got a little better, but being someone with GAD, that took a LONG time to achieve. Posture is EVERYTHING, especially to people like us! You need to stay straight and breath from your diaphragm constantly, we need more oxygen in our blood, if we don't it only makes our anxiety worse. Mindfulness I know sometimes feels like its not helping, but the whole point of mindfulness is patience and relaxing, something us people with anxiety lack tremendously. Give it another try, and NEVER stop trying, only when you stop trying do you lose.
Prayers for you and your recovery,
-Kelly
