CBT is a huge help for me. The therapist has me reading: Hope And Help For Your Nerves By Dr. Claire Weekes the book is old but GREAT! Almost done with it and looking for new recommendations. Anyone?

At the moment, I'm reading Feeling Unreal by Daphne Simeon and Jeffrey Abugel. If DP/DR is an issue, it explains theories and causes pretty well. I haven't read it all, but it's main focus is on DP as its own disorder, but it does touch on anxiety.

Have you looked in the resource thread, I know there is a few books listed there. I'm happy you liked your current book, I've heard great things about
it. Even my therapist recommend it, I should get it. :)

Fun little fact: I watched the film Numb this evening and one of the characters in it was reading the exact same book I am now!

At the moment I am reading "The Worry Cure" by Robert L. Leahy and soon will be starting "The Worry Solution" by Martin Rossman M.D.
Before I read "Overcoming Health Anxiety" by Rob Willson and David Veale. It helped much.

Full Catastrophe Living - Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness, by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
This book is my anxiety bible. After the first chapter you'll be addicted - in a good way!

My therapist recommended The Anxiety Workbook. I don't recall the author, but it was very helpful.
