hit rock bottom. .. started back on 20mg Zoloft today...

Today has been by far the worst day!!! My anxiety is crazy and my depression is horrible! Can't get ahold of my Dr... So I had to save myself... I went back on Zoloft 20mg...
Hope it kicks I quickly... I PRAY TO GOD IT DOES...

Sorry to hear you are having a tough time at the moment hopefully you will get some relief from the Zoloft in the meantime use any coping skills you have to help reduce your anxiety.

I'm going through a similar experience myself. Depression had been gone for over a year and anxiety was manageable. A few things triggered my anxiety recently and I'm doing my best to leverage coping skills but I can understand how hard that is. My anxiety always feels like a have a hive of electric bees in my head and chest, so they overwhelm many of my coping skills. Just remember, your aren't alone. There is a solution to every problem.

gypsygirl315, you are not alone, you have us. We are here for you so post anytime you need too, regardless of what it is this is a safe place to come. I hope the zoloft works for you, but remember it takes 6-8 weeks for it to reach full potential so it is important that you practice your coping skills until then.
