Hi again everyone. So while at work my eyes feel like i've been crying for hours I haven't just have that feeling when you do also I will get flushed my ear etc I'm not embarrassed or anything when this happens I just get flushed my neck ear scalp .. all related to tighg muscles ??

What do you mean flush neck, ear and scalp? If I'm reading your question correctly. Maybe it's allergies??

Oh Ok. I don't see it as tight muscles. Are your nervous or stressed when it happens? Not sure your age but maybe menopause?

Yes I have felt this way many times over the years and have always put it down to my anxiety if it is something which is really worrying you go and see your doctor.

It could be allergies as previously mentioned. I know no one dusts this office I'm in. Room temperatures are inconsistent. Would any of this apply to you?

Thanks for all the replies . Yes my office is very dirty and dusty even when it does get cleaned all the dirt and dust from the warehouse comes right back in

That could be the problem. It reminds me of when temperature changes are so great from one day to the next. It's why people get sick.

Around here, it can be 50 one day and 80 another.

My office is very cold when it's very hot outside so maybe that's it .!

I used to work in a dirty, dusty environment. There was even mold from water leaks. I would get very severe allergic reactions every day. I would have trouble with temp control too.

Now that I'm "retired", I don't have very much trouble except seasonally or when deep cleanings, etc.

People have commented that I look completely different now that I don't work. They say my eyes are clearer, and my complexion is more even.

I hope you can find a way around this. Maybe a Zyrtec or Claritin?
