Yes, especially not having soda for 3 months, it can definitely raise your heart rate, and in turn cause anxiety cause of this. It isn't just the sugar but the caffeine will do this too, if you are not used to caffeine. I would lay off the soda, or drink diet soda if you want one, even though that has caffeine in it too I guess LOL. Well they do have sugar free caffeine free soda I guess. LOL
