Good Morning,

I am increasing my meds today and 10 mg more for a total of 30 mg of Celexa, I am terrified of taking that extra 10.  I don't want to feel worse than what I am feeling.  I have been on 30 mg before and weaned down to 20mg. 

Please help me get through this.  I have had a really bad few weeks with deaths in the family happening in 1 week, im stressed with my everyday stuff, kids etc..

Help me get the courage please, the 10 mg extra of Celexa is sitting on my desk waiting for me to start.

I cant remember if I will feel worse or the same

{{{Bam}}} I agree with Stacey, pick it up and take it. You will do just fine and get thru this, of course I can't tell you that you won't have any side effects from the increased dose even though I wish I could. You might get a couple but I don't think they will be that bad.

You CAN do this!!!!

You are stronger than you realize! Dig deep and know you are taking steps to feel your best.:)...and rely on your coping skills during this increase/adjustment.

Use your skills Bam! You can do this! This is just a physiological response you are having. It is part of how we are wired up...this is just an exaggerated response to stress. It can not hurt you.

You are stronger than it is. Breathe, think rationally and calmly, and believe that this will pass...and it WILL.:)

Do it again...try another one...

...go to your library and check out some anxiety/panic self help books...copy the sections that resonate with you...make your own customized program!!

This is your recovery...and you have to work for it. Is it a lot of effort, and tough at times? Yes!

...but ultimately so worth it!!!

Go after it Bam, you can do it!

Im back at work. and still panicky. :( I know im doing it to myself. My body feels like its itchy and burning and im thinking it something serious.

Can you ask your doctor if you can take a bit more of the Klonopin until you get used to additional dose? I see in your signature that you are taking 0.5 mg already.
You will be fine. Listen to your inner self, it is telling you are fine. It is the anxiety that making you think otherwise. You are strong, You are fine and you can do it, 100%.

I can take another clonasapam as my bottle says twice a day but I only take it one time. I will take one before bed time. I hate this why does it have to be sooo hard???

My heart beating fast. Do you think it's anxiety or extra dose I took. ? I've had palpitations in the past frequently that I hear it pumping in my hear.

No I don't think you should change meds yet, you JUST increased today. You need to give it some time to work Bam. STOP over thinking this, you are causing yourself more anxiety. Go with the flow, girl. You CAN and you WILL get thru this.

Of course I am not a doctor and only give my opinion. :)

I know AL but I'm scared. Dr. Did suggest to change my meds by I was scared too. Because of effects. I been on celexa for many many years.
