Welcome to Healing Well's Anxiety forum Kanji. I'm happy you found us but sorry to hear of your struggles. Just know you are not alone any longer, this is an awesome community that cares about
each other and understands living with anxiety. It's like having a whole new family.
Are you in therapy or on medication for your anxiety? We highly recommend either CBT or Mindfulness therapies to treat anxiety. Both have high success rates in helping with anxiety and panic attacks. Do you have any coping skills you use, like breathing or mindfulness techniques?
Detachment or depersonalization can happen when your anxiety is really high, or under great stress. I'll post a link below for self help.
Not everyone gets physical symptoms with anxiety, consider yourself one of the lucky ones that don't. No matter if you experience physical symptoms or not, anxiety is a beast and you need some coping skills.
Again, Welcome. Keep posting with us and we will talk this journey with you. You are now apart of our extended family.
