If your sleep pattern was off for a few days...it can take that long or longer to get back to full 'power'...
..especially considering that you are dealing with quite a bit in your anxiety struggle, personal life, work concerns....this all can take it out of you!
Try to catch up on your rest as best you can, as well as decompressing after work with relaxing and enjoyable activities that distract your mind from stress.
