Welcome back.
It's not odd at all to feel this way. I love a schedule. It helps me to stay focused, and know what is supposed to happen, and when. Take that away, and I feel out of sorts. When I first stopped working, it was awful.
I sat on the couch thinking what in the world do I do?!
Maybe you can make a chore list for days you have to yourself. Plan to clean out a closet, or detail your vehicle.
As for traveling. Well, if you find a solution to stop anxiety over that, let me know. I love to travel, and have had some great adventures. I have also had some very stressful trips. Try to plan as much of your trip as possible, and stick to a schedule if you can.
Remember your coping skills. They really will get you through.
