I am sorry you are dealing with these symptoms currently...but know they are commonly experienced, and will lessen with the self-help skills you practice...and with time/therapy tools/use of your meds (if needed)...
For the tension in your upper body/throat...you may want to try the progressive muscle relaxation exercises in this link...the coping skills here are all good...but this one is especially helpful for globus I believe.
