Well, it's a lot to handle, but trying to stay positive. *sigh*
So I saw my primary yesterday, and my iron is finally in the normal category. Barely, but good enough.
The CBC also showed an elevated white count. No apparent reason for this, however I have been feeling extra fatigued, and a little off. I attributed it to the constant running I'm doing with PT 3 days a week, and all of the other appointments, etc. I'm on a z-pack, so hopefully that will get it down before my pre-surgery appointment.
The pre-surgery appt. is scheduled for the 20th, so it just might work out fine. Don't want them postponing surgery. One of the meds I'm on until the surgery is causing me so much depression! I'm considering just stopping it.
Physical therapy ends on the 17th, and I see the ortho surgeon on the 19th. Hopefully I will have healed enough to avoid surgery there. Although, we need to talk about
my elbow, because therapy has shown me that my ulnar nerve really is a problem.
Side note - One should really never read the paperwork that comes with prescript
ions. I mean most of the side-effects listed I already have, so how would I know? Oh, and one of them is sudden death. If I notice any of these, I should contact my doctor or pharmacist right away. Hahahaha
Laugh to keep from crying.
