Update for anyone intrested

Hey guys.. Lately I been doing good panic attack wise. I haven't had any, and I haven't had to use Xanax either. The only thing somewhat bothering me was my throat but I got prescribed Prilosec and idk if it's in my head or not but I feel as if it's working. Sometimes though I feel my throat closing up and my head starts to hurt so I take some Advil and with in like half an hour it all goes away.. Happened to me like 4 times already since the last time I posted. I been doing good at work but i haven't been excersising as I should... I have been eating pretty good tho and only drinking water or seltzer water.

I sometimes think imma die soon. I try to ignore it because it's an ugly thought but sometimes I fee like my days are counted. I try not to think of it because it will probably stress me... And that's my update lol

Thanks for the update! Not only are we absolutely interested......it's also a good way to keep a record of your progress...through posting, so keep it up! :)

All in all things seem to be going very well.:) Lots of improvement and positive momentum!

The remaining challenges will also get better with time and continued practice of your treatment methods!
