I am sorry you are currently experiencing this, especially after being in such a positive place following your therapy appoinment.
Please know that you are not alone in your fears! This is a common worry for many anxiety sufferers.
However, and this is a fact...
...
anxiety can not turn into another more severe mental illness...
...if left untreated, it will just become worsening anxiety!
So, you have no worries as far as 'going crazy' for two reasons!
One, it just doesn't progress like you are fearing...
...and
two, you ARE taking steps to treat your anxiety.
You have just hit a little bump in the road.:)
