We missed you too...but understand you are homework/finals...so post when you can, no worries...we are always here.:)
I hope that your end of the semester is not too stressful, and that you do really well on your exams...I am sure you will!
Yes, try and practice your coping skills everyday to reduce your physical symptoms, and over all anxiety levels. Ironically, it is usually the time we are busiest that we need them the most...so try to squeeze them into the schedule!
Keep posting and let us know how you are doing when you can.
