Hi garlene and welcome.:)
I am glad that you have decided to make an introductory post for yourself...well done, and I am sure our friendly community will soon be chiming in to say hello to you!
If you have had a recent check up (it sounds like you have) with the regular screening tests (physical, yearly tests, CBC) and you've been found to be healthy, then you can pretty much be assured you are dealing with anxiety and possibly depression.
I have had the same symptoms and experiences with anxiety, coming out of nowhere, and making me feel off and worried as to why I don't feel well...so know you are not alone!
It sounds like you have gotten a good start with some coping skills in the way of exercise, yoga, natural remedies and getting your hormone levels stabilized. This is great, and you should keep this up, certainly!
You can also add in some self help techniques to expand what you are currently doing. We have a huge Resource section, filled with great material at the top of the main page. From stress relieving exercises, to meditation, journaling, therapy worksheets...even on-line therapy options...there is a lot to choose from. Check it out and see what looks appealing/appropriate for you!

If you are still finding that your quality of life is not where you want or need it to be...then I would suggest looking into therapy as an option. It helped me more than I can tell you.:)
Keep posting with us as well if you find it helpful. We understand, care and support is key.
Looking forward to talking more soon,
