To add to my ever growing aresonal of things that make Beth calm - I've just purchased a coloring book and crayons:)). So if anyone wants to join me for some therapeutic coloring, I'll be in my fort, with my stuffed animals, some

I am on my way with my coloring book and colored pencils and markers in 50 different colors. I took up coloring as an alternative to smoking when I quit smoking 4+ years ago and still do it to this day. Am grabbing my favorite stuffed puppy and kitten and heading into the fort with you.

I bought one, but have yet to touch it. From the looks of it, I may need colored pencils. lol
It's called, "Creative Coloring Inspirations".

I just bought my first "coloring book for adults" and a set of 36 colored pencils over the weekend. I love it! Very nice to just zone out and do some "art therapy." Of course now I want the fancy expensive markers...
