Yea, I know. That's the "beauty " of anxiety. It comes and goes as it pleases. I try to control it most of the time but every now and then it just takes over. I have to step back, go to my happy place, and gain control back of my mind and body. It takes some time, breathing, and the occasional xanax when its really bad. Just continue to keep your mind positive, your body healthy, and if you need to take a walk to get away from your nagging daughter or your girlfriends questions, then do it! Its easier to get control of your anxiety when you can center yourself, by yourself. As far as the xanax, don't be afraid to take it if your anxiety gets really out of control. It will calm your mind and body with 20 minutes. At least it does for me. Honestly its like a time out for your mind. It gives me a break from the worry and panic. It allows me to relax. I was afraid to take it the first time too. I didnt like the thought of taking a drug that I had no idea what it would do to me. But after an almost panic attack in the airport, man was I glad I did. Best flight ever! Lol!!
