If you saw my post from yesterday, you can see that I had a bad day.
I'm trying to figure it out, and any input would be really appreciated.
Monday yesterday was nothing special, I just went to work. In the afternoon on the way back home on the train which is when I'm supposed to be relaxing - I got a severe spike in anxiety.
So the day before that... I won't get into many details but my mum got very angry about something, in a way that I perceived as very unreasonable and unfair.
Those kinds of reactions were an everyday occurrence in the abusive relationship I got out of a couple of years ago.
So my reaction on Sunday was...it was really stressful but I held it together.
Monday I did not hold it together after work.
Is delayed reaction a thing? Common? Am I finally linking my anxiety to something and have it make sense or is it just still random?
Any input very very appreciated.
