Hi all:
I am not an expert, but, I have been experiencing weight loss, and I am wondering why. Please, correct me if I am wrong, but, I am assuming that anxiety and/or depression leads to weight loss in 2 ways: one is simply eating less, taking in less calories...or, one is taking in the same amount of calories but, due to the anxiety/depression, one is burning up more calories...burning up more calories then one takes in, results in weight loss. Is that the way it works?
Thanks..
