Morning All


It's that time of the week again when we ask you to check in if you have the time and let us know how your week has been?

I have had a challenging couple of weeks regarding some health worries which has been a major trigger for me especially these last couple of days. Tomorrow I am expecting a phone call with either some good news or bad news I won't go into detail but I am very worried.

I had an MRI scan this morning of my spine and should get the results in a couple of weeks my back has really been giving me grief this past couple of months so I just want to find out what's wrong.

I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles. I will pray that you get good news.

I'm having a pretty tough week myself. Learning that my kidneys are not working the way they should on top of everything else I've been through recently. It's just very hard.

I was hoping I wouldn't catch the strep throat that my son had when he moved back home a couple of weeks ago. Evidently it did no good to hope. I am sick. I'm trying desperately to get better before my colonoscopy which is the 12th color and my stress test for my heart on the 19th, at my echocardiogram on the 21st.

I hope everyone else is having a better week than you and I.

Hi Hibee! I'm praying that you get good news!! And I hope you are feeling better soon. My week has been the similar.....waiting for test results. Blah. Let's hang in there!

mum in hospital, brother paranoid and delusional. I have assumed responsibility and have taken mum out of the picture. he is that messed up, thinks he has killed us all, etc. so I have been down to the hosp and seen bro. he has agreed to CCU his team, and psychiatrist will see him thurs. the family asked for me to do this, and it was unanimous. they have all of my details, and I am now the first port of call. sorry, am wrecked and frazzled. seen my doc today, therapist tomorrow.

May you have strength and fortitude to deal with it all...

...and still manage your own needs for feeling well.

I wish I could be of more help...but know you have my support and encouragement.

H.T, I wish you well in these tough times. I don't know what else to say, but we all believe you have the resolve to get through this.

Hibee, I hope things aren't as bad as you feared and that you get some good news.

As for me, yesterday and today have been pretty good after the mixed week I had last week. Sleeping well again, without the need for tablets or anything like that.

Last week was very tough for me but I did have a couple of OK days. My first week gluten free which I'm hoping will help with all my digestive issues. Had some anxiety last couple of days for no real reason though but managed to keep it in check. I suppose I'm better than I was at the beginning of last week so that's a plus.

Each week has seemed to get easier. I have had some anxiety based on my thoughts primarily when I wake up but have been able to work through the panic quickly by listening to meditation recordings or watching sports etc. am now almost 2 weeks on Zoloft and will be increasing dosage tomorrow so we will see how it goes. Have been off Kolonopin for 5 days now also so no big issues so far outside my minor wake up scares.
