Sorry you are feeling so frustrated right now.:( Finding that balance between battling and accepting the anxiety is a really tough achievement.
Too much fighting it, and you can end up feeling like you're hitting your head against a concrete wall...
Too much acceptance, and you run the risk of not working as hard as you possibly could to reach your goals...
