Oh my gosh yes!! Positive mantras are one of my most effective tools!! The messages we send ourselves have so much power...both bad and good!!
My personal go to...especially when I am dealing with physical symptoms is:
"I AM OKAY, THIS IS JUST ANXIETY MAKING ME FEEL THIS WAY."
Even if you don't fully believe what you are repeating to yourself...keep it up. The affirming/ reassuring words will start to have an effect with time and practice of the mantras!
