You should look at a couple more natural ways to deal with your anxiety. May I suggest that you learn how to meditate or possibly even yoga. Also you should be practicing some breathing exercises. I really just hate taking the anti anxiety meds that they give out. They are nasty and can really have some terrible side effects. I took that stuff for six straight years and I ended up having a lot of problems. If you want to learn a bit about
