Hi every one. I just got to thinking everything I have been through and decided to check in on everyone. I have been doing better but the anxiety is still there. Not as bad as it was. Between everything I have learned from yall and faith in getting better it is not as bad. The one thing I feel like I need to say that might help is Don't Give Up. It will get better just keep the faith. I no I have been down bad at times but I allways seem to pull through and you will to. DONT STOP WONT STOP!
