Hi all,
I am upbeat don't know why .I am planning on saving my passwords and making a food journal .
No more eating junk or empty calories. But healthy choices. My food is cause of my anxiety ,depression.
Exercising more.
Wish me luck

Cilly,
Wishing you much luck and success on your new endeavor to make good and healthy choices!
You can do it!
Remember to keep a realistic outlook on things...and that sometimes an 80/20% plan is okay! (80 percent healthy 20 percent less than perfect) Being too rigid in your approach can backfire, so leave yourself some wiggle room occasionally.:)
You've got this! Keep up the good motivation and effort.:)
