Hi Everyone,
Sorry I haven't been posting much, life is hectic, but I do read the posts on here, I just haven't answered any.
Things are going great for me, Anxiety and Panic are gone, I'm still on the meds for them, but that's OK, if it makes me able to function, I'm going to keep taking them.
I hope that everyone is able to kick their anxiety to the curb like I did. I really didn't do anything special except I quit dwelling on every little thing that I felt and with that the anxiety went away. I also try to keep my mind busy with thoughts of pleasant things and not dread. I hope these little things I've done help others to learn to manage their panic and anxiety.
