It's been getting a bit better, but I haven't been able to sit down to a meal without thinking over and over "what if I choke"
It's just going on and on in my head... my usual coping mechanisms don't really work because it's difficult to stay distracted (rubber band on wrist, for instance) when chewing...
Does anybody have any tips or tricks I haven't thought of yet? I've tried watching TV but it hasn't done much help.
