Thought I would share that today is Day 3 of not having a panic attack in the morning! This is big for me as it was occurring every single day for the last few months. And as I mentioned before, mine entailed dry heaving/bringing up stomach bile... so unpleasant and frustrating. I know I'm probably not completely in the clear but I'll take what I can get! Now if only I can get the anxiety/depression under control.

That is great! Celebrate all of the victories, no matter how big or small they seem! I'm going through a hard time right now with panic/high anxiety, so seeing someone else having success is keeping me optimistic that I will get there, too :)!

JRF,
Doing the happy dance with you!!
This is great news and welcome progress!
I think you are starting to get a handle on the anxiety if the physical symptoms are decreasing.:)
I am sure with continued time and effort, you will see more improvement happening!
Keep us updated,
S.C.

Yay! I am so happy to hear your good news! I had the same issues with morning anxiety and vomiting daily, and it was a dream come true once it stopped happening every morning. Congrats!
