Missed dose.

I forgot to take my lexapro this morning before coming into work and have been feeling off... can missing one dose really do this? I don't know if my head is pounding because of that or something else. I feel like I might just be being paranoid...

Some people are really sensitive to a missed dose...

...but likely this could be a coincidence with the headache...and some anxiety about missing your dose.

Taking it as soon as you can get home should be fine...and then continue on your regular schedule.

Until then, use your coping skills, and remind yourself that one missed dose is not going to cause you any trouble in the big picture.
