Lexapro and sweating

Does anyone have this side affect and does it go away?

mine is mostly during the day around my head and neck and it is driving me crazy, almost enough to go off the med. How long have you been taking it. I was on 5mg for 2 weeks and at 10mg for 3 weeks. I am supposed to increase my dose, but not sure if I will.

I've been on 10mg of Lexapro for almost 5 weeks. I notice I've been sweating a lot at night, I can deal with it though. It's better than the headaches and nausea that I've been experiencing lately. It's hard to tell what's a side effect of the medicine or something else.

Unfortunately sweating is one of the most common side effects with most antidepressants and in my case seems to be the one which lingers but I made the decision to put up with it although I have changed from some as the caused really bad night sweats which were horrible the culprits were Venlafaxine and Duloxetine.
