Im so sorry that you're going through this! I have had extreme anxiety to the point where i didnt leave my room for 3 months! I totally regret all that time lost. The only advice i can give you is to keep your mind busy even when youre anxious and feel awful just press on. I like adult coloring books, theyre cool when you have them on your phone. Also find something that takes your mind off of things. Make a small garden with your daughter, or try baking some easy cookies. Be productive and it'll definitely make you feel better about yourself. Just find something that you can run to when you feel like this! For me its coloring and reading. I love cooking when i feel like my world is ending, and at times its hard but id rather cook and be super anxious but make something beautiful than to shake all day on my bed. You will get through this! This isn't somethings that last forever!
