Hey everyone,
Like a lot of you I had a little bit of an anxiety slump after the holidays. Christmas was great but two days later I hit a rough patch and have been slowly getting out of it since. I'm back at work, slowly getting back into the routine with my meditation, sleep schedule, diet, therapy, etc...and I'm beginning to feel better.
Also I just wanted to let you guys know that if I disappear for a bit it usually means I'm feeling good and I use that time to step away from a lot of the anxiety podcasts, forums, and groups for a bit. But I'm always hanging around really and checking in to see how you guys are doing. This group has been a huge help for me and many of you have helped me immensely.
I went from being in a really ugly place of thoughts of self harm and what felt like uncontrollable anxiety to a place of managing the symptoms and living life instead of just surviving it. If any of you are in the acute stages of your anxiety, just know it will pass! Have a fantastic week my friends!
Peace, love, relaxation, and blessings for all of you!
