No one else will understand this but I am proud of myself. I was in the frontroom earlier and my aunt has been not well still. So big deal for me already, but she smelled some mayo that wasnt really bad but getting there and she was sick, threw up and I sat in the frontroom near the wall to the restroom and I didnt panic or get anxious even tho I knew what was happening. I just sat there. Not a big deal to most but to me, it is huge. I just needed to share.
