Thats why i like mindfulness all kinds, for me its the distraction, do something that demands your total thought process, no its not easy but if you keep trying you get stronger and PAD gets weaker. Peace

Update. Heavy improvement this last week. I am closer to feeling like my old self than ever before. Just gotta keep at it and not give up. I still have heartbeat self consciousness fears, but i am controlling them better too, and some existential worries. Again, those are more under control. It give me so much hope knowing that i should make a full ish recovery.
