Unfortunately, if your insurance is like most of them, most therapists are probably out-of-network. You can still see them, of course, but it tends to cost more. But there may be some who do CBT and are in network. You could look at the insurance company's provider directory, and call some who are in network -- or call the insurance company, ask to speak with one of their staff nurses, and inquire about an in network provider who offers CBT. Or if your employer has an Employee Assistance Program, that is another place you could inquire. Or talk with your primary care physician and see if she or he can help you find a therapist. There are also some online free CBT resources, or books you can buy and go through on your own (such as "Mastery of Your Anxiety and Worry" by Craske and Barlow) -- but I think live therapy is far preferable to online or books.
