For the whole day,I've been feeling odd and new symptoms that have seriously worrying me. I've felt super weak in my arms and legs,nerve pain in my neck,head,arms,and wrists. I've been having shortness of breath,shakiness,breast pain,and burning sensations in weird places. This has literally ruined my day because I've felt so scared about why I'm feeling like this. I even had thoughts of *****de(but I never attempted to do it) just to end my suffering. But I was too scared. I keep questioning how my life came to this point,and whether or not I'm even going to live until I turn 15. I google my symptoms,but I can never find any results that satisfy me. I'm not sure when I'm getting my physical exam,but I want it ASAP.

Hi Pilulu,

Have you shared how you are feeling today with your parents? I am concerned that what you are dealing with is overwhelming you...as anxiety certainly can!

The symptoms you describe are caused by acute stress...which becomes a vicious cycle. Anxiety causes symptoms...which causes more anxiety, which of course bring increased symptoms!

If your folks are not able to help you...can you talk to your school counselor tomorrow?

You cant' and shouldn't have to face this alone.

I am experiencing the exact same thing at this time in my life and I am 18 years old. I know it's annoying to have people say you will be okay, but it's because you will. I often say and feel like I'm dying but I know I'm not. Anxiety is super difficult to deal with but we can all get through it. The best advice I can give you is to stay positive as hard and challenging as it is. If you sit down and take a few deep breaths you can see how much better you will feel. Force your self to take a brisk walk or call a friend and talk about something not related to anxiety. But I'm telling you for certain that you are okay and nothing will happen to you. Trust me I have thoughts about wanting to die as well but we have so much to live for. You just have to take it day by day and always keep your hope.

we are all dying, as soon as we are born we are. living is the hard part, and believe the turtle when he says he has been at all sides of the spectrum. we are flesh and bone, things medically can get very trivial, I am there, however much pain I am in, mentally and physically, I know my heart, and therefore strength comes from facing adversity, without it we are at the whim of our nemesis. keep strong.
