Hello, all! I am back again to say hello and vent in the only place I feel I can. I thought today was finally the day the anxiety was starting to subside. I had a good day at work, and a nice start to my evening. Then, about 2 hours ago--Bam, it was back. And it is really on tonight. I've been feeling in a panic attack for 2 hours now. Sometimes this is just so hard. I've been trying my normal coping skills and just when I feel like they're starting to work, the anxiety roars again.
How do you all get through those really tough nights? This whole anxiety journey feels so lonely and I know that this topic is really getting to be too much with my family. So, I am truly grateful to have this forum where I can be honest and hear from people who not only understand but care. So, thank you!
