Hi everyone, I haven't been on in a while and thought I would drop in and check on everyone. Hope you are all doing well. As for me , its been 1 year now that i have been mostly anxiety free and depression is better. I took up a hobby of stampin up and paper crafting. Trying to keep as busy as possible to keep my mind off of negative thoughts. Im doing well but once in a great while i can feel the dreaded anxiety monster creeping in. I immediately start my mindfulness meditation and videos. I still find them very calming. Also when I feel depressed i look for all things positive to think about. I try to go out daily for coffee with my husband and our friends, and find this time with them is very helpful, as we laugh alot. It's lovely to be laughing again. I have a new grandson on the way in August and am very excited about this. I am still on my medication and plan on continuing. I think of you all often and sending you all healing thoughts.
